Canva Group’s Growth Continues With Another Acquisition

Montreal, October 7, 2020 – Canva Group continues to diversify its service offer as a one-stop shop for all identification and visual communication needs by acquiring Flash Grafix, a pioneer in the large format digital printing industry in Montreal.

“For 25 years, Flash Grafix has been constantly reinventing itself by adjusting its service offer, and incidentally its equipment, in order to meet the requirements of quality, flexibility and timeliness in a changing market,” says René-Pierre Roussel, CEO of Canva Group.

“The Flash Grafix team’s expertise in digital printing and development of displays will enable us to better meet demand in these priority areas and guarantee delivery to our customers, should the pandemic affect one of our sites,” adds Hugo Leclair, President of Canva Group.

Jean-Guy Beauchamp, Vice-President, will remain in place to oversee the transition and the integration of Flash Grafix as a business unit within the Canva Group.
